Veylora ships worldwide from Europe. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery estimates run from dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed, and exclude weekends and public holidays. They are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Duties and taxes

Orders within the European Union include VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duties, taxes and customs fees on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully. If you need to correct it, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will amend it before dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
