Sizing

How do Veylora pieces fit?
Our pieces are cut close. If you are between sizes, or you prefer a looser fit, size up. Full size conversions are on the size guide.

What sizes do you carry?
Most pieces run XS–XL depending on the style. Available sizes are shown on each product page.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do everything we can before it is dispatched.

I did not get a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us with the email address you used and we will resend it.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — across the EU, the UK, the US and most of the world. Rates and estimates are on the shipping page.

Will I pay customs?
Inside the EU, no — VAT is included. Outside the EU, import duties may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns

How long do I have?
30 days from delivery. Full details on the returns page.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, though the fastest route is a return plus a new order so your size is not held up.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely and we never store your card details.

Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices display in your local currency where supported. The currency you are charged in is confirmed at checkout.
