If something is not right, we will make it right.

The short version

• 30 days to return, from the day your order arrives.
• Return shipping is free.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to return

1. Contact us through the contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We will send you return instructions and a prepaid return label.
3. Send the item back in its original condition and packaging.
4. Once it arrives and passes inspection, we process your refund within 5 business days.

Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to show the refund on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a size is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. This means you are not waiting on the return to clear before the new size ships.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace or refund the item and refund your original shipping as well.

Not returnable

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or returned without tags.

Your statutory rights

If you are shopping from the European Union you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This is in addition to the 30-day policy above.
