We ship worldwide from Europe. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, with tracking included.

Delivery estimates start from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the moment it is placed. Times are indicative and can be affected by customs or carrier delays.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union include VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and local taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than five business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch.
